Fall 2015

Luna's fall season has been action packed and full of craziness. Rewind to August and you will find truckloads of new rookies showing their stuff as they learn the basics of frisbee, a team that seriously missed last year's seniors (handlers, where are you?), and way too many games of mini. Thank goodness those days are over.

Our crop of rookies are all super-stars, on and off the field. All of our cutters-turned-handlers are complete naturals now. And praise the frisbee gods for mini being reserved for Friday practices only.

This fall Luna competed in three tournaments: Rookie Roundup, CCC, and Itchfest. As per our typical fashion we had so much fun at all three; if you don't believe me then holla at the Twitter. Across the three tournaments, everyone improved so much, rookies and vets alike, and things are looking very promising for next semester.

As always, Luna has an impressive ability to attract amazing women, and this year is no exception. The team is really coming together and learning to #trust. Everyone on the team has some improving to do but has already accomplished so much. It's all very exciting. Bring on the conditioining work outs, January practices, and eight hour drives of the Spring!
